Three UPSC aspirants drowned in the basement of Rau’s IAS coaching centre in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, after heavy rain resulted in severe flooding. The basement was quickly filled with water, trapping the students inside. Despite rescue efforts, the students couldn’t be saved due to the rapid accumulation of water. This incident has raised serious concerns about the safety measures and infrastructure in the area.
