Telangana Government Announces New Electric Vehicle Policy

Hyderabad: In a significant move, the Government of Telangana has announced a new electric vehicle (EV) policy to be implemented with immediate effect. The policy includes waiving the registration fee for electric vehicles, providing substantial savings for vehicle owners. This initiative is part of the government’s broader efforts to promote environmental sustainability and reduce pollution in the state.
