Hyderabad: The Tata Group has announced plans to invest in Andhra Pradesh’s growth story by setting up 20 new hotels across its brands, including Taj, Vivanta, Gateway, SeleQtions, and Ginger Hotels. This announcement follows a meeting between Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Tata Group Executive Chairman N Chandrasekaran.

In addition to the hotel projects, Tata Group will also establish an IT Development Centre in Visakhapatnam, which is expected to create up to 10,000 jobs. Tata Power is also exploring renewable energy projects with a potential investment of Rs 40,000 crore.

These initiatives are part of a broader collaboration between the Tata Group and the Andhra Pradesh government to drive economic growth and development in the state.
