Anusuya, an IRS officer based in Hyderabad, to change her name to M. Anukathir Surya and her gender from female to male. Anukathir Surya is currently serving as the Joint Commissioner in the office of the Chief Commissioner at the Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal in Hyderabad.
