Kakinada: A major blowout incident occurred at an ONGC oil well in Irusumanda village, Razole area, Konaseema district, Andhra Pradesh, on January 5, 2026.During repair works on a temporarily halted production well using a workover rig, a powerful blowout released a massive volume of gas mixed with crude oil, shooting high into the air and igniting a fire.
