In an interview with The Hindu, Reddy emphasized his commitment to acting against encroachers to protect public properties.
“I am prepared to face criticism for my actions,” Reddy stated. “Fear is the key to the success of such tasks, and we have been successful in creating that fear. This fear will impact encroachers even in their sleep at midnight.”
Reddy highlighted that while the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) and the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) have their own responsibilities, the protection of encroachments and water bodies is an exclusive task that Hydraa has undertaken.
